Leadership is a concept often hijacked by personality and power dynamics. My heart for leadership is that we might move beyond the traditional archetypes and narratives that disqualify most. New narratives help us to find sweet purpose in being the leader-version of ourselves, to embrace our unique ability to influence and impact others, and to be a leader who gives instead of takes.
